My tracking number says my order has been delivered but Idon’t have it. What should I do?

If your tracking information shows that your order has been
delivered but you haven't received it, please check your reception, concierge, office and neighbours before contacting our customer support team here, quoting your order number. We'll assist you in locating your package or provide a replacement if necessary.
